Critical Analyse of Logistics and Industry Centers and its Development Prediction

This thesis deals with the prediction of future developments and market characteristics of logistics, with the use of statistical methods will be able to predict future trends in logistics networks. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of the functioning of supply and demand in the real estate market. Based on critical analysis of market statistics (supply, demand, rents, revenues, prices, availability, market share developers and operators, tenants, structure, forwarding, warehousing, logistics) warehouse properties to determine the conditions optimizing the use of the geographical location of the CR in the competition in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Study of Logistics Services in Business

The Master´s thesis deals with the logistics services studies in Sika CZ, Ltd. Company. Considering the fact that the principal activity of the company is trading, it uses logistics as a substantial instrument to achieve the customers’ satisfaction. The main objective of the thesis is to create logical structures of services and project suitable metrics for measuring customers’ satisfaction of the provided services.
Proposal of Method for the Administration of Logistics Centres in the Conditions of the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with facility management. The first part handles facility management as such, its nature, basic concepts, historical development, instruments, ways of providing services and participants. Level of provided services in the Czech Republic is analyzed. Based on received knowledge of the field the other part is focused on detailed specification of facility management services provided in the area of logistic centers management. On the example of individual services there are described differences in management of logistic centres and possible solutions of these situations. The benefit of this thesis consists in providing a comprehensive view of logistics centres management and suggesting possible improvements.

Analysis of the conditions for the activity of an international shipping company in the European Union.

In this bachelor thesis all important aspects of the occupation of an international shipping company in the European Union shall be investigated. The present thesis focuses on the analysis of several legal regulations and general conditions. One part of it implies the investigation of modern logistic services within the shipping sector and suggestions for possible quality improvements. The analysis was performed in the shipping corporation Schachinger cargomax s.r.o. at its location in České Budĕjovice.

The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the developement of providing logistics services in the Czech Republic and analyze the current situation and expected trends in the near future. The thesis presents the implementation process of logistics outsourcing and follows up the influence of the outsourcing at the level of logistics costs. Manufacturing companies see in logistics the potential tool to improve the efficiency in their operations and they include the logistics in their strategic goals and plans.
Distribution chain optimization in a selected company

This graduation thesis focuses on a distribution chain analysis and the description of materials and information flows in a firm called Rigips, s. r. o. which is member of multinational concern Saint Gobain based in Paris. Rigips, s. r. o. deals with building sector and specializes in production of plaster boards on the Czech market on which it has been operating more than fifteen years. In conclusion the detected issues are identified and suggestions are made for a remedy to prevent a negative impact on logistic processes in the company.
